Needs of your child
1. I need an environment that allows me to grow thus I feel fulfilled.
2. I need to do things by myself thus I understand.
3. I need to solve my own problems thus I learn to be responsible.
4. I need to be taught right from wrong thus I learn to become a member of my culture.
5. I need to stay away from the spotlight thus I am able to stay on to my own focus.
6. I need the liberty to learn without the pressure of probing what have I learned thus to keep the fire of learning rolling.
7. I need to be told a plain “No” when I can not be reasoned thus I realize my boundaries and limitations.
8. I need you to stand by me when I am in despair thus I know someone is there for me.
9. I need your complete trust in me thus I possess the courage to take on new venture.
10. I need your respect that I am the master of myself thus I learn the value of respect of others.
11. I need you to model love, honesty, and integrity thus I shall become the man of hope.
12. I need you to acknowledge that I was born with a mission thus I am able to pursue and become the person who I shall be.
If all my needs are met; I may not win as a starter, but I will not give up in the middle and shall persist to the end with all the strength and determination.

综合《爱与人格》、《双重的爱》、《好妈妈是什么样的》、《喜欢和爱》，我把爱分为十个等级，并把各个等级的主要表现和“标志”罗列如下：
0：没感觉（不喜欢）
1：喜欢
对方具有某种令我喜欢的品质，例如长相、风度、谈吐、学识，所以我喜欢他。也可能是因为他做了某些事而令我喜欢，例如他很热情，乐于助人，能够把气氛搞得很活跃，对我关心体贴。
和喜欢的人在一起，我会感到愉快；和他在一起感到愉快，所以我喜欢他。
